Cancellation & Studio Policies

At Somatic Face Sculpting, we understand that extenuating and unexpected circumstances may occasionally arise that impact your ability to arrive on time or keep your appointment. In these instances, we ask that you kindly reach out as soon as possible.

Please note the following policies are in place to honor the time and presence of our practitioners, as well as waitlisted and scheduled clients:

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

• No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

Arrival Expectations
We ask that clients arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow for a gentle landing.

• Clients arriving 10–15 minutes late will forfeit that time from their session.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late, with or without notice, will be considered a no-show and must reschedule to receive treatment.

Product Returns
We are proud to offer a curated collection of high-integrity, natural products in our studio. Due to the sensitive nature of these formulations:

• All perishable items (including skincare, body care, and wellness goods) are non-returnable.

• Non-perishable items (such as dry brushes, facial tools, or ceramics) are eligible for store credit within 3 days of purchase.
